Re-running automations for SharePoint folder generation

When you setup the following automations on an existing board…

…but would like folders created in SharePoint for pre-existing items, it may be useful to do the following:

  1. Create a new status column with a new status of “Create SharePoint folders”

  2. Add one of the above automations which is triggered by a status change

    • Configure the SharePoint site, parent folder and status change to “Create SharePoint folders”

  3. Select all the items for which you’d like folders to be created and change the status in the new status column to “Create SharePoint folders”

New folders will be created for all the items that were selected
