Copy folder into the configured SharePoint folder for the item
This automation block enables you to add new templated folders into an existing Sharepoint folder configured for an item.
For example, if a project completes one phase, and new documents are required for the neext phase, any templated documents can be added in a subfolder using a status change (or similar trigger) in monday.com.
Prerequisites
A SharePoint folder must already have been configured for the item, using one of the following automation blocks:
It is also best practice to add the Secure Embed item view to allow easy access to the configured SharePoint folder for the item.
How it works
For automations
Use the “Create from scratch” automation builder to select the relevant trigger, then paste “Copy folder into the configured SharePoint folder for the item” into the “Then” section:

Then fill out the various fields:

For workflows
Create workflows and for the action, select the “Copy folder into the configured SharePoint folder for the item” automation block as the action.
