I need a refund for my app subscription
Scenario
You purchase one of our apps from monday.com and require a refund for the subscription.
Can David Simpson Apps supply a refund?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot supply you with a refund because the transaction took place between you and monday.com using their payment system.
In fact, if the transaction occurred in the last 60 or so days, we may yet to have received any payment for the transaction from monday.com.

Am I eligible for a refund?
In the Refund eligibility page, monday.com states:
You are not eligible for a refund if:
you paid for a yearly account and more than 30 days have passed since you paid
you paid for the renewal of a monthly subscription
Request a refund from monday.com
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact support@monday.com to request one.
You may need to explain that you purchased the app using monday.com’s payment system, so all details of the purchase, including the tax applied will be in their systems.
