How does app pricing work?
Our subscription plans match your monday.com subscription in a one-to-one manner.
For example, most of our plans look something similar to the table below:
App Plan | No.of monday.com seats |
---|---|
Couples | 1-2 |
Up to 3 seats | 3 |
Up to 5 seats | 4-5 |
Up to 10 seats | 6-10 |
Up to 20 seats | 11-20 |
Up to 50 seats | 21-50 |
Up to 100 seats | 51-100 |
Up to 200 seats | 101-200 |
Up to 400 seats | 201-400 |
More than 400 seats | 400+ |
So for these example number of seats/users:
4 seats of monday.com requires 4 seats of the app, which would be the Up to 5 seats plan
7 seats of monday.com requires 7 seats of the app, which would be the Up to 10 seats plan
25 seats of monday.com requires 25 seats of the app, which would be the Up to 50 seats plan
Just like in monday.com, when a feature is not available in your existing plan, you would need to purchase the next plan for all users of your subscription, our apps plans are for the whole of the monday.com subscription rather than just a subset of the users.
Unlimited automations
As our pricing is seat based only, we do not then limit an automations based on usage. For example an account on the “Up to 3 seats” plan can create as many automations as they want. Indeed they may run more automations (producing 10s of 1000s documents) than a 2000 user account account. This is entirely up to the users.
