Prerequisites

• A subscription to Google Workspace or Google Forms.

Installation

• Simply install the app from the monday.com marketplace and then you are ready to go.

Usage

In Google Forms

Copy the embed URL of the Google Form

Once the URL has been copied, move to monday.com

In monday.com

For Board Views and Dashboard Widgets

1. Add the Google Forms Embedded app

2. Paste the URL in the Embed URL field in the widget settings

For Item Views

1. Open the Item Page and select Add View

2. Add the Google Forms Embedded app

3. In Settings select a column to paste the URL - this will be the same for each item in the board

4. Paste the URL of the Google Form into the column for your board item.
