Getting Started

We're delighted that you've chosen to get started with Confluence Embedded in monday.com.

This page will give you an overview of this app’s functionality.

Prerequisites

Only Confluence Cloud is supported.
This app does not support Confluence Server or Data Center.

• A subscription to Atlassian Confluence Cloud.

  • Any plan will do – Enterprise, Premium, Standard or Free

• A current login to the above Confluence Cloud instance.

  • Only logged in users can see content in Confluence Embedded.

Installation

Simply install the app from the monday.com marketplace and then you are ready to go.

Usage

In Confluence

1. Browse to a Confluence page

2. Copy the URL from the browser address bar

Only pages are supported.
Blogposts, whiteboards and databases from Confluence cannot be currently embedded in external systems.

In monday.com

Once the URL has been copied, move to monday.com.

For Board Views and Dashboard Widgets

1. Add the Confluence Embedded app in monday.com

2. Paste the URL in the Embed URL field in the widget settings

For Item Views

1. Open the Item View sidebar and select Add View

2. Add the Confluence Embedded app

3. In Settings select a column to paste the URL - this will be the same for each item in the board

4. Paste the URL of the Confluence page into the column for your board item.
